Evaluasi Desain Kapal Pengawas Perikanan Berbasis Radar Cross Section untuk Mengurangi Deteksi Radar di Wilayah Laut Natuna Utara

Sebagai negara kepulauan, Indonesia bersengketa dengan lain terkait klaim hak berdaulat di Laut Natuna Utara. Maka dari itu, diperlukan strategi pengawasan yang tepat untuk dapat mencegah dan memerangi illegal fishing Utara agar sumber daya ikan dilindungi berkelanjutan, serta tegaknya kedaulatan Indonesia. Sejak penemuannya, radar telah sangat memengaruhi semua domain peperangan militer, termasuk laut. Radar banyak digunakan platform militer sebagai alat mendeteksi, pelacakan, klasifikasi musuh. cross section (RCS) adalah ukuran kekuatan reflektif suatu objek, menentukan seberapa dini target dideteksi. Reduksi RCS kapal menghambat deteksi Pada desain awal Kapal Pengawas Perikanan tipe C, didapatkan nilai sebesar 31 dBsm menggunakan metode numerik. Dilakukan evaluasi terhadap bentuk deckhouse mengurangi luasan pantulan radar. tahap ini, 30.6 dBsm. Kemudian dilakukan lambung, lambung sebelumnya diubah menjadi inverted bow daerah bow. 30.4 pelapisan Absorbing Material (RAM) pada deckhouse. material komposit bernama BAM/PET. RAM 1.9 sebelum hasil menunjukkan 3.7 Nilai tersebut sudah memenuhi kriteria kapal. Sehingga tidak perlu cukup melakukan Hasil kemudian mendesain Lines Plan, General Arrangement, 3D Model.

Evaluating the Radar Cross Section of Maritime Radar Reflectors Using Computational Electromagnetics

− This paper presents results from calculating the radar cross section (RCS) of two maritime radar reflectors using the method of moments. The Echomaster 152, although smaller in size, produces a higher maximum RCS than the Echomax 230 that includes three layers of corner reflectors. The Echomaster 152 also has deeper nulls in the RCS pattern, which means it is less detectable at those angles.
